Academic Letters 2014-15:

posted Oct 28, 2015, 2:25 PM by Lori Cowan-Lane
On October 28th we recognized several of our students for their outstanding academic efforts in earning an academic letter for the 2014-2015 school year.  This accomplishment demonstrates their commitment to their academic pursuits and their hard work and diligence in their studies.

Students earn an academic letter by maintaining a cumulative grade point average of a 4.00 as a freshman, or a 3.75 or above as a sophomore or junior.  We are honoring these students by posting their names in the main hall of the school and on our website.  Please click here and join us in celebrating "Sherwood's best" for their dedication and motivation.

If you would like to purchase a letter, you may contact Debi Bear for information on local companies that provide the letters.  If you already have a letter from athletics or previous academic awards, you may get a book (for first-time award recipients) and/or a bar (for each additional year that you earn the award) from Tracie Harbick in the counseling center.
