Message From Mr. Mitchell
It’s been a great Homecoming Week so far, and we are excited about the parade this afternoon, the game tonight and the dance tomorrow! Our students have done a great job of participating in the Powder Puff football game, dressing up for the spirit days, cheering for our Homecoming Court, and having an exciting vibe in the building all week!
If you have not taken a look at it already, please see the information below regarding our SHS Parent Partnership Night on Tuesday, Oct. 3rd, from 6:30-8:00, beginning in the SHS Auditorium. The evening will consist of an opening message from Superintendent Dr. Lyon, and then information sessions regarding the instructional technology that students and families use, standards based grading, and an open forum with myself and Dr. Lyon. It is a great event for people who want to know more information about how to support their student throughout high school, especially for families that are newer in their high school careers.
