Sherwood High School will offer all 11th grade students an opportunity to take the ACT exam on Wednesday, April 24th. There is no registration fee.
The ACT is a multiple choice exam that is used as an official college entrance exam. This test features questions in four subject areas: English/language arts, math, reading, and science, and there is also an essay as part of the exam. Click here for more information about the ACT.
Testing will occur at the Sherwood School District Office – 21920 Southwest Sherwood Boulevard, Sherwood, OR 97140, and begin promptly at 8:50AM. Shuttle buses will be provided from SHS to the district office, and lunch will be provided if requested on the registration form. Students may drive and park at Sherwood School District Office if they so choose.
Testing occurs via a Chromebook. Students need to bring their school Chromebook with them on the day of testing, as well as an approved calculator.
Interested students and families can register for the ACT using this registration form. There is no walk-in registration for this test session. Sign-ups for the ACT close on Friday, April 5th.
