Athletes must have a current physical on file in the athletic office at the high school in order to participate in tryouts. Physicals are good for two years and must be done on the OSAA Physical form.
You can drop off your physical to the main office starting August 8th or email all forms (one filled out by the parent and one by the doctor) to email@example.com. Both forms must be submitted in order to get cleared.
Participation fee is $250 per sport and $175 per activity (cheer and dance). There is an individual cap of $600 and a family cap of $1250 per year. Fees are due prior to the first competition.
To pay for athletic fees, log into your ParentVue account or pay directly at the high school bookkeeping office; three month payment contracts are also available. Please call Debi Bear at 503.825.5513 with payment questions. The bookkeeping office will open on August 8th.
- Participation fees may be reduced by half if approved for the Free/Reduced Lunch Program. This form must be filled out every year to qualify.

Athletes must have a 2.0 gpa for the trimester prior to the season they are participating in. If an athlete receives a gpa lower than 2.0 they will have to sit out of competitions for the first two weeks and have their current grades checked every two weeks during the season. Athletes can still participate in practices during their "sit out" time.
All athletes are expected to keep their Career Credit/Naviance assignments up to date. Athletes who do not complete and pass their assignments prior to each trimester they are participating in, will have to sit out of competitions until they are completed and approved. If your athlete did not complete their assignments on time, please have them enter their information here once their assignments are completed. They will be reviewed by Rebecca Barton, in our Career/College office. If you have any questions regarding the Career Credit/Naviance, please email Rebecca Barton at firstname.lastname@example.org.
